I am so happy to introduce you to the Timesaver team, a collective of brilliant women who help me deliver the very best possible service to you.

Jen Read

Personal Assistant

Jen joined Team Timesaver in July 2022. Jen has over 15 years of experience working as a PA for large corporate companies which led her to setting up her own Virtual Assistant business in November 2021. Jen loves helping people, she specialises in all the classic PA/EA tasks such as email and diary management, booking travel, meetings and events, online research, and returning phone calls, calling clients and taking messages.

Jen is the first point of contact for Team Timesaver. She helps organise Jenny by setting up appointments and meetings in the busy Timesaver diary. She also allocates tasks in the Project Management system. Jen helps manage the team, meaning Jenny can focus on other things including the strategic side of the business.

Jen loves organising events and making things happen! She has organised several team events for Timesaver, as well as setting up travel and hotels for Jenny when she is away for meetings or events.

In her own time Jen loves to spend time with her family, getting out with her two girls, husband and their extremely mischievous Jackapoo Stanley! Jen loves to run or go to the gym, and in past years has taken part in several 10K events. Being by the sea is her favourite thing to do as it is so calming and relaxing.

Laura Ellis

Social Media Manager

Laura comes from a background in marketing and public relations in the Third Sector, including roles at Breast Cancer Care and the National Trust. She has worked on high profile press releases and managed volunteer and case study participation. Laura is passionate about social media and has managed the social accounts of large, national charities to small, local brands.

In 2018 Laura founded Letters Ink– a calligraphy business offering bespoke greetings cards and lettering services, including weddings, events and bespoke lettering projects.

The two strands of Laura’s work in harmony – creating content for Instagram and Facebook utilises the creative eye that a calligrapher needs and keeping ahead of emerging trends is high on her radar. Her key strengths include captivating copy, crafting brilliant reels and advertising an online presence.

Suzanne George

Tech VA

Suzanne joined the Timesaver team in the spring of 2022. With a background in working freelance and owning her own business she comes to her role with an insight and understanding of the challenges and opportunities our clients face. With her eye for detail and methodical approach Suzanne supports our clients with a number of technical tasks including website updates, mailing list set up and client management systems.

In her own time Suzanne adores being outside, whether that is exercising, walking in nature or pottering around her garden. Being outside always lifts her energy, makes her feel good and plays an important role in her mental and physical well-being.

Suzanne adores being a part of the Time Saver team, supporting women to have businesses that excite them, bring them joy and allows them to flourish.

Charlotte Clark

Design VA

Following art college, Charlotte began her career as a visual merchandiser working for a large American retailer, launching flagship stores across Europe. It was fun in retail, but she got tired of planning for Christmas in June….

More recently she has worked in internal communications and managing contractor relationships, often being relied upon to win over the trickiest of clients.

Amongst other things, Charlotte now assists clients with design projects, graphics and reels. She also enjoys pattern design as hello_petalface, drawing inspiration from music, art and popular culture. She is particularly interested in pattern for interiors and attempts to live by the William Morris quote, “have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful”.

Alexandra Packham

Personal Assistant

I have over fourteen years experience in business, administration, PA and event management, working in both the private and the charity sectors and hold a BA (Hons) in Business.

I’m a bilingual speaking English/Spanish, nature loving, eco conscious, home educating mama to two wonderful wildlings.

I am a Spanish tutor and a virtual assistant, both of which I love, as I get to see people and businesses grow and flourish.

I love reading and being creative, although with two children I don’t find quite as much time to do these things now!

Johanna Roberts

Social Media VA

Before starting a family, I worked in the travel industry. I began in retail and gradually moved into handling business travel, eventually taking on a role overseeing travel logistics for a well-known financial institution.

As my children grew, I became actively involved in organising charity fundraising events.  Then set up and ran an event company hosting handmade craft events at local venues including Trinity Arts Centre and Royal Victoria Place , Tunbridge Wells.

I then went into the digital world, where I worked as a social media manager for an online business. Through this experience, I refined my skills in social media and marketing content.

My background spans travel, event management, and digital marketing – I love it all.

When I am not working I love to take walks with our new dog Luna. Long walks are on hold for now as she is only a pup!
